Time was the most important factor and so was the need to see that the juices are delivered within the time frame that doesn't allow bacteria growth,

Motivaional Story Of Vijay Shekhar Shama

Diary of Paytm Founder: Vijay Shekhar Sharma

Being a middle class, People take it as a problem which is not true at all.  In fact, it gives you the best of both worlds, i.e. having enough money to be able to get educated and yet have those values which encourage you to save money and work hard. This small-town boy from Aligarh has a similar kind of motivation for you.
Vijay was born on 7th June 1978. His father was a teacher and his family had two elder sisters and one younger brother. He was quite intelligent since childhood who used to study his sister's books. He got double promotion in his school and completed his 12th class at the early age of 14. His dream was to become an engineer and he took admission in Delhi College of Engineering for further studies.

From A Class Hero to a Back-Bencher: Vijay was always a first-bencher in his school and he followed the same in college as well. One day the teacher asked him a question in English, which he was not able to understand, he felt embarrassed and started sitting on the last bench. He started reading two books simultaneously, one in Hindi and other in English to understand the course.
Vijay's life was changed when one Sunday he went to the DhariaGunj market in Delhi. There, he picked up a Forbes magazine and started reading about how companies such as Apple, Intel, and HP built companies. He wanted to go to Stanford and Silicon Valley but wasn’t having the money or the resources.
While most of the bright students were fighting for their placements, Vijay started his own startup "XS Communications", to create Content Management System. This Management system was being used by many major publications including Indian Express.

"Don’t assume that borrowing lots of money can make your startup fly. There are many things to the business other than investors, and it’s possible to succeed with your startup without breaking the bank." -Barnaby Lashbrooke, founder of Time Etc.

It was 2005 when Vijay was trying to setup One97 Communication, he had to face a difficult time and ended up selling 40% shares of his company to raise the fund of 8 lakhs. Paytm was never so easy. Though India's telecom sector was improving around in 2010, but investors were seeing risk with Vijay’s idea of mobile-first consumer service. When Vijay placed the proposal to build a Paytm in front of the investors 97, they did not show much enthusiasm. He told them directly “give me $ 1 million” but they did not agree. At that time Vijay put a $2million at stake from his own to launch this one of the biggest brands named Paytm. Vijay has received the "Outstanding Startup of the Year" Award at Forbes Leadership Awards 2016.
Paytm has changed the digital scenario over the years. Vijay is looking forward to a cashless India. His dream is to ring half a billion Indians to the mainstream economy. His dream is to build India’s first $100 Billion firm, a company that would make the nation proud.

Motivational Stories Of Great Indian Personalities Like Bhakti Ghatole

Even millions of difficulties cannot stand in your way if you are determined to work hard and achieve your dreams. If you want something truly, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. The one who tries, never lose.
Bhakti Ghatole is a Political science student who is blind since birth. Retinoblastoma is a type of cancer that affects one's retina. This disease is rare and seen exclusively in young children; it can develop either in one eye or in both. Bhakti was six months old when she was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma in her right eye. The treatment left her cancer-free but the good news came with the loss of her right eye. Unfortunately, at the age of seven, she returned to the oncologist and was diagnosed with cancer in her left eye. Since Bhakti’s family hailed from a small village of Katol, it was tough to find expert doctors and quality treatments. Her family traveled from Nagpur to Chennai and Hyderabad as and when required. After a long battle and as many as 25 chemotherapies, she lost her left eyesight as well. She was nine then and it was initially difficult for her. When she returned to Nagpur, she visited Yoga Abhyas Mandal and picked up yoga and meditation. This helped her a lot to cope up with the change and embrace her with a positive mindset.

Disability is only a state of mind. It is will power and belief which takes a person to his ultimate dream.”
Bhakti never liked learning braille but things became easier for her after she started learning how to use a computer. One of the most inspiring moments in her life was meeting her mentor and teacher, Jidnyasa Kubde. Kubde founded Atmadeepam Society, an NGO that believes that technology is disabled-friendly. Through this, Kubde teaches and trains visually impaired individuals to use computers, enabling them to be more autonomous.

Motivational stories of great indian personalities like Dr. Vishal Rao

Motivational Story Of Dr. Vishal Rao

Why are doctors living gods? It might be just a question, but the answer to it can be found when we met doctors like Vishal Rao. He is an oncologist, a head and neck surgeon at the HealthCare Global (HCG) Cancer Center in Bangalore. But the one thing that completely describes him is the invention of cheapest prosthetic voice box for the throat cancer patients. Dr. Rao used to treat a lot of throat cancer patients every day. He was always concerned about these patients losing their voice box to prevent further spreading of the disease. Although there were many prosthetic voice boxes available in the market, they were too dear to be available for poor people. Dr. Rao started looking for other affordable alternatives to cure his patients. He consulted a few people, including doctors and surgeons, to kick start his idea of Inventing a Voicebox. However, he finds himself all alone before his friend Shashank Mahes industrial engineer by profession, joined him in this noble cause. Since starting, they both faced some severe challenges of making a harmless and affordable artificial voice box. They gathered a team of specialized doctors and researchers and began working extensively to finalize the design. After researching for months, a model based on using silicone instead of generally used noble metal alloys was finalized to make the device lighter than before. Shashank and his team used their industrial experience to manufacture the voice box after two years of dedication. This device was lighter, less harmful, and more affordable than existing voice boxes that cost around 70 to 80 thousand rupees. Dr. Rao named his great medical invention as 'Aum' to signify the sound of the Universe generated from 'Om'. Although it was a great Invention, it still needs to be replaced every year. Dr. Rao was aware of the complications a patient may face after going through operations every year. He made a few design changes with the help of a Karnataka based wooden toymaker, and now it does not need to be replaced every year. Shashank further arranged more funds to start mass production of the device. Since its invention, Dr. Rao has cured thousands of his cancer patients and have given their voices back using his miracle voice box 'Aum'. His device is a boon for every poor and common man who was unable to spend thousands of Rupees to get their voice back. This device is one of the best examples to show humanity without any selfish needs and filling this world with generosity.
