Avinash was conceived in a family with an Army foundation. He had burned through the vast majority of his life in Army Cantonment. He was just 2 years old when he used to act like his grandfather's action, this shows he was born talent in the acting field. When he grew up a bit, he liked mimicking and doing acting a lot. He used to put cotton as mustache and act like elders. Movies were the only source of entertainment for him which he used to watch every day after coming back from school.
He was in the 5th standard when he came across a movie of Vinod Khanna, the movie was based on the life of bandits. This movie left an impression on him and he just enacted and created another bandit's story with his friends.
One day his English educator requested that everybody compose an article on "What would I like to become when I grew up?" Avinash wrote that he wants to become an Army Officer. while one of his classmates wrote about becoming an Artist. His educator became angry for picking such a dumb career. This day changed Avinash's point of view, he quit watching movies and even began criticizing other people who watched motion pictures.
He was seeing everybody around him going for engineering, he chose to accept the way things are and joined The Army Institute of Technology, Pune. During his school days, ragging was so normal so he had to experience it.
His seniors started calling him to their rooms where he used to mimic and used to tell stories to entertain them. This was the time when acting came back to his life and he realized that he wants to pursue his career in the acting field. He didn't miss a single cultural event in his college where he could show his acting skills. But all this idea of taking acting as a career was so messed up in his mind.
When he completed his 3 years with John Deere company offered him an early promotion but Avinash decided to quit this time and he resigned from his job. He shifted to Mumbai and determined to join some training to blossom like a beautiful aromatic flower.

In the wake of finishing graduation, he joined a product organization, John Deere, as a
software engineer however on the opposite side he joined a theatre group as his affection for acting was not blurred. As time began passing, he went for his first expert performance center play "Khamosh Adalat Jaari Hai". Before long he came up to the following level and began a theatre group gathering alongside his friends and completed two shows of his play called "Long Live Revolution" which was co-composed and co-coordinated by him.

At the point when he finished his 3 years with John Deere organization offered him an early advancement yet Avinash chose to stop this time and he left his job. He moved to Mumbai and chose to join a few trainings to blossom like a bloom. Avinash did Atul Monga’s Cinema Acting Workshop. Srikanth Rangachari– An Ordinary Teacher with Extraordinary Skills

Everything you can imagine is real and Srikanth has proved it by following her dreams and achieving two world records. Srikanth is a small-town guy who made it big in life. He is a teacher from the profession yet he managed to serve two world records on his plate. This success credit goes to the hard work, dedication, and talent he has.
Rangachari Srikanth was born in 1993 in Telangana. His life was tough from an early age as he lost his father when he was five. He handled his life so maturely but unluckily life wasn't fair to him. In 2014 he lost his mother when he was just 21.  A lot of problems since a small age made him even stronger. His uncle Sudheer Swamy Bekkanti and aunt Godavari Bekkanti started taking care of him after this tragedy and they were so nice to him, they took care of him as their child. Srikanth was so dedicated to his studies. Studious Srikanth completed his graduation in B.Sc and then pursued D.Ed. He started his career as an ordinary teacher and joined a private school in Nirmal District to teach the students.
Srikanth wanted to become a scientist. He was inspired by Alexander the great and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. The harder you work, the luckier you get. There is no substitute for hard work. In 2016, Srikanth managed to get himself a place in Telugu Book of Records for reciting the English alphabet in just 1.420 seconds. He had the motivation to do even better. In 2017, he got himself listed in Telangana Book of Records for reciting the English Alphabet in reverse order in 1.420 seconds. Srikanth wasn't going to stop there. Next, he created a script to educate the tribal people. In his script of 51 letters, he has included currency symbols, mathematical symbols, regional symbols, and computer symbols. After creating this script he wrote 700 Shlokas of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and this let him achieve the Amazing Book of Records in 2018. Isn't it great putting all the efforts, dedication and hard work on something which lets you achieve more and more and let you achieve your dreams?
As rightly said, an idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better opportunity to come, but the person who is working hard can gain success and happiness in life. Now Srikanth is working hard to break his record, he is trying to recite the English alphabet in 0.85 seconds and also reciting the same alphabet 52 times in a minute. He has another goal lined up in life to get his name listed in Limca Book of World Record. He is also working on writing a periodic table on sesame seed that will be another achievement of his life to set another record. You need to step out of your comfort zone to achieve something big in life and that's what Srikanth is doing continuously. Till now he has been able to achieve so much and moving forward as well he is going to do something big for India.

Karthik Sawhney was born visually impaired. He was conceived in Delhi, his dad has a shop of car save parts in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. His mother is a home-maker. Since a youthful age, Karthik delighted in considering math, science, and software engineering. His folks constantly urged him to do everything that his companions used to do. Karthik cleared 5th standard to Xth standard with first-class at Delhi Public School, RK Puram. While growing up, Karthik wanted to study in the science stream and go for engineering studies further. Things were never easy for him. The Central Board of Secondary Education didn't allow blind students to study science as it would be difficult for a blind student to understand graphs, diagrams, etc. They do not have a system to teach students like him and hence CBSE rejected the application. He was disappointed but still decided to stand for his rights. He wrote so many letters to CBSE controllers. It took just about 9 months and a great deal of endeavors, he even moved toward an NGO crusade to achieve his privileges. He, at last, got consent from CBSE for all the visually impaired understudies to get confirmation. He demonstrated his commitment and ability when he verified 95 percent in his twelfth standard tests. His computer1 science score was 99 and in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English he scored 95 that sums up to an overall score of 479 out of 500.

After this incident with CBSE, Karthik was somewhat aware of the upcoming difficulties in his life. He also started a conversation with IIT's while he was in the 10th standard. He knew it was not going to be easy to convince them and get admission in IIT. In his very first attempt, he received a denial letter straightforward even after clearing the entrance exam. After conversations with IITs when he used to be discouraged, his family always encouraged him to try again. He had to put a lot of effort, wrote several letters to explain reasons and his willingness to study in IIT but unfortunately, he was unable to convince them. But his dedication to study and become an Engineer made him seek for better opportunities, he started searching international options and started applying. He was so enthusiastic about seeking after designing and at last, this took care of when he got admission to Stanford University, USA. It was 2013 when Stanford offered him a grant and welcomed him to contemplate there. Karthik wasn't being treated indifferently anymore at Stanford, he got a lot of support while studying.

The university had a separate office for students with disabilities known as the Office of Accessible Education. Karthik wanted to make things easier for other students like him. He started a project STEM Access, It provides support to the blind students and also this platform works with Government and other institutions to help arrange proper accommodation for such students. He wanted other students to try the STEM field. Also, Karthik has personally mentored a few students.

Karthik worked together with a couple of companions and began an endeavor named NextBillion.org in April 2016. His endeavor has just finished two mentorship partners, preparing around 60 crippled understudies. Karthik has just finished his single guy's and as of now examining Masters at Stanford University. His fundamental focal point of examining is Artificial Intelligence as it can affect individuals' lives and engage them. He has likewise been regarded with the Queen's Young Leaders Award. Devendra Jhajharia is a talented and dedicated athlete who is a javelin thrower and he has made a world record in his first go when he threw for 62.15 meters. This is not it, he even won another gold medal in the Paralympic and he became the first Indian athlete to achieve two gold medals. His new record is 63.7 meters that he made after breaking his record of 62.15 meters.

Devendra was born on 10th June 1981 in the Churu district of Rajasthan, India. His father Ram Singh is a farmer and his mother Jivani Devi is a homemaker. In 2007, He got married to a national-level kabaddi player Manju Jhajharia who is the biggest support system for him during all his tough times. In Devendra's childhood, there was an incident due to which he lost his left hand. It happened when he was just eight years old and he was trying to climb a tree and by mistake, he touched an electrical cable of 11,000 volts. Everyone gathered there and Devendra was unconscious by then, villagers declared him dead. He was taken to the hospital where he gained his conscious back but his left hand was burnt till then and doctors had to amputate his left hand.

Devendra did not let his disability come in his way of sports even he was thriving in it day by day. He used to take part in his school events and used to win a lot of prizes as well. In 1997, he was participating in one of his school events and coach R.D. Singh was present there he noticed his amazing talent and decided to train him for the bigger level competitions. This training was so helpful for him to enhance his talent and to do something big in the sports world. In sports, we have an F46 classification which is a platform for athletes with disabilities to showcase their talent and skills. He decided to take part in national level games when he won a district-level championship. Devendra's international journey was started in 2002 when he won a gold medal at the Far East and South Pacific Games held at South Korea, he was just 21 then. In 2008 and 2012 he tried to enter Paralympics games but his category wasn't included. These years came with disappointment for him. His wife always supported him and stood with him to give him the motivation that he needed to keep trying. In 2013 he participated in IPC World Championship at Lyon and continued his streak for winning gold. In 2014, Devendra took part in Asian Para Games in Incheon, Korea and grabbed another silver medal. IPC World Championship was back by then in Doha, Qatar in the year 2015 and it brought him another silver medal.

Finally, In 2016 he created history when he participated in Rio Paralympics and his first attempt he won gold and also became the famous athlete to represent India in Rio. Devendra created a world record of 63.97 meters by breaking his previous record of 62.15 meters. For this Paralympics Devendra was working very hard. Before the games, he took training for a few months at Kuortane. Devendra was also awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award for his amazing performance in Rio. Devendra is also a part of the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS). There is a Gosport foundation that helped Devendra in its para champion program. They provided him equipment for Javelin that used to break a lot of times while playing or practicing and that equipment is pretty expensive. Devendra used to work with Indian Railways earlier and now he is working with the Sports Authority of India. He also wants to train the upcoming para-athletes as he dreams of a better recognition for athletes like him. He has also appeared in the famous TV show Comedy Nights with Kapil with his family. List of Devendra's achievement is not less he has also received Arjuna Award in 2004 and Padma Shri award in 2012.

Devendra has proved that disability is just a state of mind. He showed his hard work and dedication to achieve the recognition that he deserved. He also wants other para-athletes to get the recognition that they deserve, he wants that they should get at least some attention and recognition as a normal athlete gets.

The following morning, he didn't take any requests for sewing and began chipping away at that picture of Guru Nanak Ji. It took him very nearly 15 days and a couple of disappointments to finish his last work. Arun has made photographs of many celebrities through the sewing machine, including The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In January 2018, the talented PM Modi an image of him made with the sewing machine. Arun presented the Union minister Smriti Irani, 4×2 feet painting of the court of Ranjit Singh, the famous Maharaja of the Sikh realm with almost 2,000 human figures. This Sewing artist says it took him almost one year to complete this painting. Arun has received so many awards and world recognition. His name has already been listed in India Book of Records, Unique World Record and, Limca Book of World Record.
Arun has introduced the perfect works of art of his artistic creations in displays in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and different urban communities. He sold some of them and even one of his works of art brought him almost 3.5 lakh at a deal at Dilli Haat in the capital.
