Indian Singer Mayur Suryawanshi

Mayur Madhukar Suryawanshi is a Mechanical architect who has a musical voice and is an incredible guitar player. It's difficult to envision what impact music can bring to your perspective. Music—musicality, percussion, song, amicability, vocalization, instrumentation, they all emotionally affect our mind and physiological prosperity. Regardless of whether we're tuning in to or making it, music sidesteps our minds and mixes something ageless and other worldly inside us, calling us on to a more mindful, present, and sense of self/character free space. What's more, in this space, what is immaterial falls away, leaving us in an increased condition of mindfulness.

"Music acts like a sorcery key, to which the most firmly shut heart opens." ― Maria Augusta von Trapp

Mayur was born on 24th April 1996 in Latur, Maharashtra. His dad is an educator in a tuition based school and mother, a home-creator. He has no family foundation in the field of music. He is genuinely a craftsman who endeavored to accomplish the level where he is today is as yet working with commitment to get famous everywhere on the world.

At the point when Mayur began singing and playing guitar, it was simply because of his colossal love for music. What's more, this is the thing that he used to do in his available time. He used to sing in his school occasions and before his companions. His companions used to cherish his voice and the melodies he used to sing. He has that supernatural touch while playing guitar, whosoever tuned in to it, they simply needed to continue tuning in. Mayur got the motivation to sing from Kishore Kumar and Arijit Singh.

He paid attention to music in his life when his guides gave him the recommendation that he should seek after his vocation in this stream as he was excessively acceptable at its creation. Mayur began partaking in different occasions to spread his music and voice among individuals. Despite the fact that he never had any expert vocal preparing, he actually needed to turn into an independent craftsman and an exceptionally well known artist, this reality makes his excursion considerably all the more fascinating. When he met one of the celebrated guitarists of Malang Band, Chandrakant and afterward he got related with Dinesh Drumz. At the point when he made certain about his musings that he needed to accomplish something significant in this industry, he began every day riyaaz to make up for the shortcoming for vocal preparing. Mayur likewise took in the nuts and bolts of guitar at Chandrakant Unavane. He buckled down and with all the commitment to meet that degree of ability which was required for turning into a celebrated artist.

In 2017, Mayur got his first break with an open door for a live show with Dinesh Drumz and this went so well which persuaded him much more. Mayur was relentless that after this exhibition, he has performed at 200+ live shows in only one and a half year. He wishes to turn into an International Artist sometime in the future. Mayur has additionally confronted the issue of not finding a new line of work as India has not many open doors in contrast with the quantity of youthful gifts we have. Be that as it may, Mayur isn't prepared to surrender so soon as though we continue attempting, at some point or another we'll arrive at our objective. Mayur is a motivation to a great deal of youthful abilities who have similar dreams and goals in their lives.

Shivangi Pathak First Indian Mountaineer

An Indian mountaineer, hailing from Hisar, Haryana, Shivangi Pathak is India's youngest mountaineer to have climbed Mt. Everest from the Nepal side. The year 2018 had seen two of the bravest feats of this young girl, making her a very famous sports personality of India. In May 2018, she climbed the world's highest peak, Mt. Everest from the Nepal side. The same year in September she climbed Mt. Elbrus, the highest peak in Russia. A year later, at the age of 17, Pathak successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.

At the Beginning

Born in August 2002, Shivangi comes from the city of Hisar, Haryana. Her father is a teacher in a Government School, while her mother works in a bank. Pathak from a younger age has drawn inspiration from Arunima Sinha, the first-ever Indian mountain climber to have climbed Everest with a prosthetic leg.

She has also drawn courage and inspiration from MalavathPoorna, another Indian mountain climber who climbed Everest from the Tibet side in 2014. Poorna was the youngest mountaineer to have summited Everest at the mere age of 13.

Growing up in a conservative north Indian town, Pathak has had to face immense challenges to gain recognition amongst the sports personalities of India. In an interview, Pathak claims that her only aim is to conquer the greatest mountains in the world. From a very young age, Pathak has been training herself at Delhi's Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering. Always having the ambition of becoming a legendary mountaineer Pathak has participated in several high-altitude training programs in Kashmir's glacier regions.

Achievements

One of India's youngest mountain climber, Shivangi has shown uninhibited courage to the whole world with the success of this formidable task. At the age of 16, this girl proved her bravado by climbing the world's highest peak, the majestic Mt. Everest. The same year saw another heroic stride of this young girl when she successfully summited Mt. Elbrus, the highest Russian mountain peak.

After these feisty achievements, there was no stopping to the courage and ambition of this Indian sportsperson. She continued to walk on the path of her dreams and conquered Mt. Kilimanjaro, the very next year in 2019. Of all these climbs of valor, reaching the summit of Everest has been the highest peak in her journey and won her accolades from the entire nation. Pathak was reported to have completed her journey in three days via the Marangu route. She started her journey from July 21 and completed her mission successfully by July 24 in the year of 2018. She was congratulated by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on this "stupendous accomplishment."

Struggles

Born in a small town and a country where women have never been encouraged to enter the male-dominated arena of Sports, Shivangi Pathak like any other female sportsperson has had to undergo a lot of struggle and obstacles in her path. Despite efforts and achievements, women in India have often been suppressed in the field of sports. In this environment, an icon like Pathak not only makes the nation proud but is a motivation for hundreds of women to take up aspirations as challenging as mountaineering.

In an interview, she says that with more women achieving such feats, the world will stop undervaluing a woman's potential. She says that as more women become famous Indian sports personalities the world will learn to respect their potential. Very soon women going for practice runs and jogging in their pair of shorts will soon not be an eyesore anymore.

Matching up to her male counterparts in mountaineering was Shivangi's target for quite some time. With the record of climbing Everest from the Nepal side at the young age of 16, she holds the title of "The Eagle of Mountain". She has dedicated and trained herself in mountaineering from a very young age, a time when dreams are limitless. Shivangi is one such woman who is living her dream with the completion of every magical mission and motivating hundreds of women to believe that there is no mountain or no height that they should fear based on gender stereotype.

After completing her training in basic and advanced mountaineering at Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering, Delhi, she has taken part in several climbing programs and training activities that have made her reach her peak of glory.

Looking Forward

Regarded as a famous Indian sportspersonnow, the bright young woman, Shivangi has the dreams to conquer every peak in the world. Her strength and determination keep her motivated in the pursuit of challenges.

Having already proven her chops by climbing the Everest, Elbrus, and Kilimanjaro, Shivangi has established that the highest mountains in the world couldn't stop her. Now, she'll surely be setting sights on other majestic climbs in the future, making India prouder of her accomplishments.

Pathak who has become a firebrand in the field of mountain climbing has miles to go and a lot of hurdles to conquer.

He used to ask a new question every time about their craft. These were the artist who used to carve on wood. He got this talent from these artists and started crafting.  One of the artisans told him, "Art has no rules and regulations. No one can stop you." This gave him wings in life to fly with shining colors. When Venkatesh started doing this, he got so many people around to demotivate him as no one takes such things seriously. His relatives were seeing it as a pure waste of time. But luckily his parents were so supportive. They never listened to what others were saying. They supported him wholeheartedly.

Venkatesh is a 23 years young micro artist who carves his masterpieces on pencil lead, chalk pieces, matchsticks, and even toothpick. His parents toldhim not to mind anyone else just concentrate on his work. Venkatesh wanted to do something big, he wanted to achieve something. He tried to get a place in The Guinness Book of World Records. He was so determined to reach there and touch the sky, he trusted his skills and kept trying.

He started studying world records and soon he found an opportunity when he noticed that he could create the smallest miniature of The Empire State Building. Without wasting much time, he was already onto it. It's unbelievable that this talented artist created a replica of the Empire State Building on an 18mm toothpick just in twenty-three minutes. He did his best and once again he applied for the same record.  It took some time for the officials to compare the existing replica and the new one created by Venkatesh and this time his hard work paid off. His name was added to the records. It was 2017 when Gattem’s talent recognized and his name was penned in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Childhood Days

Hailing from a small village in the Jhajjar district of Haryana, Punia was encouraged by his father to venture into the avenue of sports. Not having enough money to receive training in sports like cricket or tennis, he started to take part in free sports like wrestling and Kabaddi. A professional wrestler, Bajrang's father, Balvant Singh Punia, began his son's training at a local mud wrestling school. From his early childhood days, Punia would follow the moves and techniques of famous wrestlers and work on his strength and agility. Youngest Entrepreneurs In India like Trishneet Arora

The CEO and founder of TAC Security, Trishneet Arora, is one of the brightest young entrepreneurs in India. He is also the writer of several books about ethical hacking, web defence, and cybersecurity. At just 25 years of age, he has a net worth of $1milliion-$5million. Apart from helping several corporate bodies with cyber security, he has also worked with the Gujarat and Punjab police departments, teaching them about cyber-security and helping them solve cases related to cybercrime.

Early experiments

Trishneet Arora was born in Ludhiana, Punjab, on 2nd November 1993. His journey towards becoming one of the best entrepreneurs in India began at a young age of 11 when his father gifted him a computer. Trishneet immediately fell in love with the machine and started fiddling around with it.

After the computer crashed one day, he took it to a repair shop. There, he watched the technicians as they worked on his computer and noted exactly the things they did. He turned this into a habit, experimenting with the computer and taking it to the repair shop. This way, he came to know about computer hardware. He went to YouTube to learn more about computers and shared his new findings on his blog every day.

In spite of being a bright child, Trishneet failed his 8th standard exams and he had to skip 9th standard. His class X exams were completed via correspondence. When he was 16, he went to Chandigarh, 100 km away from Ludhiana. There he made some good friends pursuing engineering and from them, he learned the basics of cybersecurity.

While learning about cybersecurity, he also wrote his first book, which was a huge achievement for him at that age. He wanted to share his knowledge with the rest of the world but his book did not do very well. Nevertheless, he wasn't going to give up on his dreams because of this minor setback and kept pushing to become one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in India.

Starting his own company

In 2012, Trishneet Arora launched TAC Security, an IT security firm by partnering with his brother Avneet Singh Arora. Since the brothers had no prior background in business, they faced some difficulties initially while setting up the firm. They needed to do a lot of paperwork to get the company registered and this took a toll on Trishneet.

Looking back at this stage of his life, Trishneet says that your passion for something can help you cross all obstacles and seeing as he is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India today, we can agree with him. Within the first week of launching his company, Trishneet got his first order from a particular company asking him to provide security for their web business.

Since then, TAC security hasnt had to look back. Today, his company provides security consulting, solutions, and training for its customers. In Ludhiana, he delivered a speech at a cyber-crime conference where many senior police officers were present. Impressed by his speech, these officials from Ludhiana police to make a workshop about cyber-crime. After this, the Gujarat police also approached him to conduct a training session related to forensics and cyber-crime investigation.

Within a short period of time, Trishneet started training police personnel about cybercrime and today he works alongside the CBI for solving cyber-crime issues. This is how he gained fame as an ethical hacker. So apart from being one of the most successful young entrepreneurs in India, he also helps the authorities catch hackers who misuse their abilities. Trishneet recognizes the meteoric rise of cyber-crime in the country and is committed to eradicating it.

When it comes to cyber-crime, Trishneet's approach is a bit different. Successful Indian Entrepreneurs Like Vijay Shekhar Sharma

Vijay Shekhar Sharma

Paytm's founder Vijay Shekar Sharma has an inspiring rag to riches story that everyone should be aware of. One of the most successful entrepreneurs in India, at one point in time he only had Rs 10 in his pocket, but in 2016, he earned $3 million in sales, proving nothing is impossible. Hailing from the small town of Aligarh, he transformed the digital banking sector in India by launching Paytm, which is now considered one of the most trusted technology brands in the country.

Early Life

Vijay Shekhar Sharma came from a humble background. His father was a school teacher, and an idealist, who refused to teach private tuition to earn extra money because he firmly believed he was doing the right thing. Vijay was not proficient in English and did his schooling entirely in Hindi.

But soon he realized that he needed to master new languages in order to survive college, and so he started learning through magazines and books. Soon he mastered the English language by studying the Hindi and English versions of the book at the same time. But things were not easy for him, and his problems with the language persisted, resulting in him being a back-bencher in his class. He was extremely disheartened due to this and stopped attending college altogether. But this wasnt enough to stop one of the brightest young entrepreneurs in India.

The Climb to the Top

While many in Vijays position would have given up, he decided to put his time to good use by pursuing entrepreneurship. He always dreamed of attending Stanford, but because he was not proficient in English and because of the lack of funds was a big problem. He used the power of the internet to teach himself how to code, and he was well on his way to becoming one of the top 10 entrepreneur in India.

With the help of some of his friends in college, Vijay built a content management system that received a fair amount of success. The Indian Express, one of the leading newspapers of India began using this system. During this time, he managed to secure a job at an MNC. After 6 months, he quit his job and started his own company with his friends as partners. He passed his final exams in college as well.

The Struggle

Then came a dark period in Vijay's life, which destroyed his dreams of going to Silicon Valley in the USA. His partners, after launching the business with him and raising money for the first round, left him bankrupt. In 2005, Vijay managed to raise Rs. 8 lakhs via his business venture but he lost 40% of this amount because he was conned. Although this was a devastating loss, Vijay was a fighter and refused to give up. This quality of his is why he went on to be one of the top entrepreneurs in India.

To make up for the lost money, Vijay would stay at a hostel, skip meals, and walk long distances to attend meetings. Having faced such hardship in his life, Vijay Shekar Sharma still harbors the fear that someday some unknown entity will steal his lifes work.

Launching Paytm

After launching One97, Paytm's parent company, Vijay's fortune took a good turn. One97 decided to stick to the basics and work with commerce, advertising, and content. In 2011, he made a proposition to the board that their company should enter the payment ecosystem in India. The board had their doubts about this idea since the market for online payment did not exist in India yet at that time.

Perhaps many others in his position would have left and started their own company. But Vijay was thinking about the long term. He dreamed of building a 100-year old company and become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India. So in order to convince the board members, Vijay put 1% of his share of the equity on the table, then valued at $2 million, and said that it would be divided among all of them if he wasted the money. Thus Paytm was born, and Vijay has never looked back since.

The secret to his Success

Vijay Shekhar Sharma became extremely successful with Paytm because he concentrated on building trust with the customers. Even before rolling out his payment wallet services, he built a customer care service to solve customer issues which would lead them to trust his company and put their money there. By building this relationship of trust, Vijay quickly became one of the best entrepreneurs in India.

Vijay Shekhar Sharmas journey is a truly inspiring one. In spite of facing so many hurdles in his life, he managed to turn things around in his favour, and that is something we all can learn from.
